Year 1 Extended Day in the Dark

The children took part in activities including having a dark picnic, eating marshmallows by a bonfire, creating firework pictures using chalk, listening to a story in the dark and going on a treasure hunt! They then wrote a recount of the day. The day linked to the book they have been studying, 'The Dark' by Lemony Snickett.
